Corporate Marketing Officer - French Speaker [F/M/X]

Reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Communication, you will work hand in hand with the Brand Content Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Mantu's visibility and reputation worldwide. Working closely with Brand, Business and Leadership teams, you will contribute to bringing Mantu's marketing strategy to life across multiple channels.

Scope & Key Responsibilities :
1. Brand Transformation & Rebranding
Play a key role in one of Mantu's most ambitious strategic initiatives: the global rollout of the One Brand strategy.
Youwill:
Support the international rollout of Mantu's rebranding across all markets throughout ****
Coordinate communication and marketing activationsaccompanyingthe brand transformation
Develop communication toolkits and campaign assets for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint during the transition
Partner with Brand, Communications and Business teams to drive adoption of the new brand architecture
Turn the rebranding into a major awareness and visibility opportunity
2. Integrated Marketingand CommunicationCampaigns
Own end-to-end marketing campaigns supporting Mantu's strategic priorities.
Youwill:
Build campaign strategies around key business themes (AI, Future of Work, Leadership, ESG, Technology...)
Generate campaign ideas that differentiate Mantu and create conversations in the market.
Define campaignobjectives, messaging,audiencesand activation plans
Coordinate every activation channel: content, PR, LinkedIn, events,websiteand internal amplification
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and measured against KPIs
Continuouslyidentifynew opportunities to increase Mantu's visibility and brand preference
Develop campaign blueprints and ensure consistent execution across all channels.
3. Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership
Increase the visibility of Mantu's executives and subject matter experts.
Youwill:
Contributetoexecutivevisibilitystrategies
Coordinate speaking opportunities,interviewsand thought leadership initiatives
Collaborate with the Content team to transformexpertiseinto impactful campaigns
Develop executive communication plans around key corporate announcements
Contribute to positioning Mantu's leaders among the most recognized voices in their industries
4. Corporate Events & Executive Experiences
Design and deliver premium executive experiences that strengthen Mantu's positioning among C-Level audiences.
You Will:
Build Mantu's annual corporate events roadmap
Identifystrategic sponsorship and speaking opportunities
Design and deliver Mantu-owned executive events around strategic topics such as AI,leadershipand business transformation
Coordinate sponsored events from planning to execution
Maximize post-event activation through PR, socialmediaand content
5. Corporate Social Media & Employee Advocacy
Strengthen Mantu's digital presence and amplify our campaigns.
Youwill:
Coordinate the corporate LinkedIn editorial calendar and campaign activations in partnership with the Brand Content Manager.
Coordinate campaign activations across Mantu and executive channels
Develop employee advocacy initiatives to extend campaign reach
Monitor performance and continuouslyoptimizecontent formats and engagement
6. Media Relations & External Visibility
Own PR activations in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders
Youwill:
Develop PR activation plans aligned with marketing campaigns
Coordinate PR activities with external agencies and internal stakeholders
Identifymedia opportunities aligned with campaign priorities
Supportspokespersonpreparationand messaging
Build integrated activation plans combining media, podcasts,eventsand social media
Contribute to strengthening Mantu's reputation across international markets
7. Awards, Partnerships & Brand Visibility
Increase Mantu's external recognition and credibility.
Youwill:
Identifyrelevant awards and industry distinctions
Coordinate award submissions with internal stakeholders
Buildpartnershipssupportingcampaignobjectives
Maximize visibility following nominations and wins
Continuouslymonitoropportunities to strengthen Mantu's positioning
Build award activation plans to maximize visibility before and after nominations.
8. Measurement & Marketing Performance
Measure what matters and continuouslyimprovecampaign effectiveness.
You Will define and monitor KPIs including:
Brandawareness
Campaignreachand engagement
Executivevisibility
Marketing-generatedopportunities
Awards and media impact
You willmaintaina monthly marketing dashboard and recommend actions to continuously improve performance.
Profile:
AMaster'sdegree from a leading Business School, with a specialization in Marketing,Communicationor Business.
At least4years of experience in Corporate Marketing, BrandMarketingor Integrated Communications within an international B2B environment (consulting,technologyor professional services)
Strong experience managingintegrated marketingand communicationcampaigns
Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign execution and productivity is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinatemultiple stakeholders internationally
Strong storytelling andcopywritingskills
Excellent understanding of B2B marketing, digitalmarketingand LinkedIn strategies
Fluent English and Frenchismandatory
