Utilizing analytics tools to assess the success of monetization strategies and events, and providing data-driven insights for improving financial performance.
Contributing to the game's UX, ensuring that the purchasing experience is seamless and engaging for players.
Understanding regional market differences, and adapting monetization strategies to different mentalities and purchasing behaviors across various global segments.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in the gaming industry in a role related to monetization and analytics.
Deep knowledge of F2P monetization models and methods, with the ability to implement them effectively.
Strong understanding of game economy and balance principles, and experience analyzing and optimizing economic systems in existing games.
Expertise in creating and executing monetization strategies, including event management and user segmentation.
Experience working with analytics tools and metrics to track the performance of monetization efforts and improve financial outcomes.
Understanding of the role UX plays in purchase decisions, with the ability to provide valuable insights into the design of user experiences.
Awareness of regional market differences in mentality and payment behavior, and the ability to adapt monetization strategies accordingly.
