Role Mission

Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns that drive both brand and business outcomes across the full marketing funnel. The role combines hands‑on campaign management with strategic thinking, using data and audience insights to optimise investment, generate actionable recommendations, and support client growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise paid social strategies across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration, traffic, and conversion.
• Manage end-to-end paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest and other relevant channels.
• Translate business objectives into effective paid media strategies, ensuring investment is allocated efficiently to maximise results.
• Analyse campaign performance and transform data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Monitor KPIs, identify optimisation opportunities, and proactively improve campaign performance through testing and experimentation.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver integrated media solutions.
• Support new business opportunities by contributing to paid media pitches, media plans, and strategic recommendations.
• Apply audience and market insights, including social listening outputs, to strengthen campaign planning and optimisation.
• Manage large campaign budgets with strong attention to detail, forecasting, pacing and budget control.
• Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and emerging best practices in paid social advertising.

Skills & experience

• 2–4 years of paid social experience, preferably in an agency.
• Experience managing campaigns across the full marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, traffic and conversion).
• Comfortable managing medium to large campaign budgets.
• Experience supporting client presentations or new business pitches is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience with other platforms (e.g. LinkedIn or Google Ads) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and client-focused.
