Your role and responsibilities Local Scope: Spain
End‑to‑end Operations & Service Excellence Design and lead the country operating model, ensuring efficiency, scalability and robustness of core operational processes.
Own operational KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent service performance and continuous improvement across the organization.
Drive automation and process optimization, leveraging technology and data - Gen AI includedto reduce complexity and manual dependencies.
Ensure operational resilience across critical business processes beyond IT.
Technology strategy Define and execute the country technology strategy, fully aligned with Pluxee Group IT standards; architecture, cybersecurity, solutions, IT operations and platforms.
Ensure that IT operations, systems and solutions effectively support business objectives, compliance requirements, and value delivery to clients, consumers, and internal teams.
Oversee IT operations and infrastructure, guaranteeing availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery (BCP/DRP), as well as cyber‑risk mitigation and security governance.
Own local IT governance, compliance and risk management, coordinating with regional and global IT security and compliance teams.
Act as a bridge between Group IT, regional teams and country stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
Payments ownership Assume end‑to‑end ownership of Payments performance at country level, including SLAs, KPIs, incidents, risk controls and continuous improvement.
Manage and govern the payments ecosystem (PSPs, processors, partners) in line with Group standards.
Ensure robust, scalable and auditable payment flows and integrations, coordinating with global and regional teams where required.
Platform convergence & transformation Lead at local level the platform convergence to a common target digital ecosystem and customer migration, ensuring business continuity and controlled execution.
Structure deployment plans, roll‑outs and change management, minimizing operational risk.
Orchestrate dependencies with Global Product and IT Centers of Excellence.
Data, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence (local scope) Execute local Operational Data & AI strategy focused on high‑value use cases (operations, risk, customer experience, productivity). This work has to be done under the leadership and strong coordination with the General Data & AI Hub/Spoke.
Ensure strong data governance, quality, security and regulatory compliance.
Drive adoption of AI and generative/agentic AI across processes and platforms with a clear focus on measurable impact.
Leadership, people & budget Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Operations, IT and Data, fostering accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
Manage IT and Operations budgets, ensuring investment discipline, cost control and value realization.
Contribute actively to country strategy definition as a member of the Leadership Team
Education requirements Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work experience requirements 15+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles with direct team management.
Strong background as COO, CTO, Head of Operations or similar role, combining technology and operational accountability.
Proven track record in IT operations, digital platforms, payments environments and large‑scale transformations.
Solid experience working in matrixed, international organizations, balancing local execution with global alignment.
Fintech, payments, SaaS or digital services experience is a must.
Skills and knowledge Solid knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs and microservices.
Experience with data platforms, analytics and artificial intelligence.
Strong background in risk management, security and compliance.
Proven ability to scale and stabilize technology‑driven operations.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, critical digital operation.
Build strong partnerships and deliver business‑ and customer‑centric solutions.
Make clear trade‑offs and drive execution under pressure.
Navigate ambiguity and lead confidently through transformation.
