Core ResponsibilitiesClient-facing activitiesUnderstand client needs and align them with ADP's Spain and Portugal product and service portfolioSupport the Sales team throughout the full sales cycleSupport strategic selling in large multinational company environmentsLead and support client discovery conversations, solution positioning, and proof of concept activitiesContribute to HR transformation discussions with prospects and support business case developmentDeliver expertise on payroll and HR services, including service definition, implementation services, service level agreements, governance, and relevant technical topics such as architecture, interfaces, and securityBring solid exposure to HCM, Payroll, Time, and integration topicsCommunicate effectively with different audiences, adapting the level of functional and technical detail as neededTranslate complex topics into clear, simple, client-relevant messagesParticipate in client presentations, demos, and selected marketing eventsSupport scripted demonstrations within the candidate's domain of expertiseSales and internal collaborationPartner with Sales to develop effective deal strategies and improve overall sales effectivenessUse competitive knowledge and market intelligence in a strategic and ethical waySupport contract discussions where business consulting input is neededSupport negotiation of contractual business appendixes, including implementation, service definition, and service level agreement topicsAnswer Requests for Information and Requests for Proposal, coordinating responses across functionsWork closely with Implementation, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Services, and other business units during the sales cycleKeep up to date with product developments, market dynamics, and competitor activityContribute to the ongoing evolution of the demo environmentOperate effectively in a multicultural and international team environmentCandidate ProfileMust have8+ years of relevant experience in Business Consulting, HRIS, HCM, Payroll, or a comparable presales / solution consulting environmentStrong understanding of Human Resources Information Systems, payroll processes, service delivery models, and business consulting practicesAbility to lead value-based conversations with clients and support sales strategy in complex opportunitiesStrong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalNative Spanish language skillsStrong English language skillsCommutable distance to our Barcelona office, with full right to work and driving licence in country Ability to work effectively across commercial, operational, and technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a consistent focus on quality and deadlinesModern technology skills, including the ability to leverage technology, AI-driven tools, and data insights to nurture relationships and sales experience, and improve sales outcomes.
