The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in English, English Literature, or a related subject
• Recognised teaching qualification/licensure
• Experience teaching English Language and/or English Literature at secondary level
• Proven experience teaching IGCSE and A Level English
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for literature, language, and student achievement
• Ability to inspire and challenge learners of varying abilities
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• EU citizenship or existing rights to work in Spain preferred for some positions
