German-Speaking Bank Customer Service Rep. | On-site in Porto, Portugal

This is an excellent opportunity for German-speaking professionals who are already based in Portugal or are willing to relocate to Porto independently for a long-term career opportunity. 

Please note: This position does not include a relocation package. Candidates should already be based in Portugal or be willing and able to relocate to Porto independently.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer support in German and English
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain high quality and KPI standards
• Follow data protection and compliance procedures
• Work closely with an international team

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C1)
• English B2 or higher
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility for rotating shifts

What We Offer

• Permanent employment contract
• €1,100 gross/month (paid 14 times per year)

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• Two rotating days off
