Content Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, creation, and rollout of global content across social, digital, PR, and retail channels
• Develop and adapt content—especially for TikTok—staying on top of trends and platform best practices
• Contribute to agile production with copywriting, editing or design skills, and creative direction during shoots
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of brand‑aligned assets
• Participate in ideation and campaign amplification, helping shape bold and engaging storytelling
• Track content performance, organize assets, and support the team’s operational flow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media, Visual Art or Graphic Design or a related field
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and emerging digital channels
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences and platforms
• Experience coordinating content production processes, including briefing, planning, reviewing, and publishing content
• Experience working with content creators, influencers, or talent, including briefing, content review, and campaign coordination
• Understanding of social‑first content strategies and platform‑specific best practices
• Good eye for visual content and creative trends, with the ability to provide feedback and collaborate effectively with designers, creators, photographers, and agencies
• Familiarity with content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Data‑driven mindset, with experience interpreting social media and content performance metrics to optimize results
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for fashion, beauty, culture, and digital trends
• C1 level in English and Spanish.
