Senior Accounting Analyst

The final candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company’s books according to local regulations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across multiple entities.

This role involves a full spectrum of accounting‑related tasks, and your mission is to ensure the successful posting, closing, and reporting of accounting‑related items.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform and review reconciliation of GL accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Prepare and reconcile balances according to local regulations
• Ensure compliance with local deadlines and reporting requirements
• Support consolidation of financials according to US GAAP and local regulations
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision‑making
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and stakeholders
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives

What do you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / CA / RA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting (US GAAP knowledge is a plus)
• Experience with Oracle (NetSuite) or other ERP/accounting systems
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being autonomous
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
• Experience or familiarity with AI tools and automation in accounting processes is considered a plus
