Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers through remote interactions and omnichannel campaigns.
• Generate, qualify and follow up commercial opportunities.
• Support execution of customer engagement and business initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and activity tracking.
• Contribute to business reviews, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience Previous experience in customer-facing, commercial, marketing or business support roles is valued.
