Formarás parte de proyectos end-to-end de implantación, evolución y mejora continua de soluciones conversacionales, participando en iniciativas innovadoras basadas en IA Conversacional y GenAI, con un alto grado de autonomía y responsabilidad técnica. - Diseñar, configurar y evolucionar soluciones conversacionales sobre Google Dialogflow, Virtual Agents y Conversational Agents / Agent Builder. - Definir flujos conversacionales, intents y estrategias de diálogo aplicando tecnologías como GenAI, RAG y LLMs. - Integrar soluciones conversacionales con sistemas de terceros y arquitecturas cloud (Google Cloud, Azure y/o AWS). - Resolver incidencias complejas, realizar troubleshooting avanzado y análisis de causa raíz (RCA). - Colaborar con fabricantes y coordinarte con equipos multidisciplinares para garantizar la calidad y evolución de las soluciones. - Analizar y optimizar KPIs conversacionales, impulsando la mejora continua y el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas. ¿Qué perfil buscamos? - Experiencia demostrable en diseño, desarrollo e integración de soluciones conversacionales en entornos productivos. - Conocimiento sólido de Google Dialogflow, Agent Builder o plataformas equivalentes. - Experiencia en IA Generativa o IA Agéntica aplicada a experiencias conversacionales (RAG, LLMs, agentes, etc.). - Capacidad para definir soluciones técnicas, liderar iniciativas y participar en la toma de decisiones. - Alta autonomía, visión global y orientación a resultados. - Valorable experiencia en analítica conversacional y entornos cloud. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
