Sr. Clinical Lead

Experteer Overview As Senior Clinical Lead, you drive clinical delivery for large, multi-regional trials within a global delivery team.
You partner with Project Leaders and functional teams to meet regulatory, contractual, and SOP requirements while protecting quality and timelines.
You'll shape risk mitigation, recruitment strategies, and financial planning to ensure successful study delivery.
This role offers broad cross-functional impact and the chance to influence how we bring new medicines to patients faster.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol, and SOPs - Drive recruitment targets and develop effective recruitment strategies - Contribute to project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks - Ensure clinical quality delivery and monitor compliance with quality standards - Oversee clinical finances and EAC, monitor changes and identify out-of-scope opportunities - Collaborate with Clinical Leads to deliver large, global trials - Identify and manage internal and external stakeholders through structured communication - Coordinate resourcing and talent planning for the clinical team and provide trainings - Support professional development and provide feedback to team managers - Participate in bid defense, clinical delivery strategy, and development of Clinical Operation plans - Mentor new peers and support site visits as neededResponsabilidades - 7 years of clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent - Consolidated knowledge of project management practices - Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements - Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge - Understanding of the clinical research industry and environments - Understanding of project finances - Excellent written and verbal communication in English - Strong problem solving, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail - Leadership, mentoring, and negotiation skills - Good IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Ability to collaborate across geographies and with diverse teamsRequisitos principales - remote work / home-based role - competitive base salary with potential incentives - health and welfare benefits - collaboration across a global team - opportunity for career growth and training - flexible work arrangements
