About The Role We are orchestrating the best high-performing team! We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us unlock new merchant opportunities by bringing Yuno's payment infrastructure to businesses across different industries and markets. This is a front-line commercial role with real strategic weight — you're not just filling a pipeline, you're opening doors to merchants that can play an important role in Yuno's growth. You will identify, engage, and qualify merchant prospects across diverse and fast-moving markets, which means you'll need to move quickly, understand local business contexts, and tailor your approach to each prospect. The ambition here isn't simply to hit a quota — it's to build meaningful relationships that create long-term commercial opportunities and continuously raise the bar on what great prospecting looks like at Yuno. This role demands someone who treats every conversation as a chance to learn. You'll stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, merchant needs, and market shifts — not because you're asked to, but because that curiosity is what keeps your outreach relevant and your pipeline strong.

Your Contribution Will Be - Identify potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging various channels such as industry events, online platforms, and referrals. - Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points, and tailoring solutions that align with the startup's payment products and services. - Present the startup's payment solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns they might have. - Collaborate with the product and technical teams to tailor payment solutions based on client requirements, ensuring a personalized and effective approach. - Execute on sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and effective communication across the team. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for differentiation and improvement. Skills You Need Minimum Qualifications - English & Spanish fluency is mandatory. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience of minimum 1 - maximum 2 years in Sales Development or Business Development.
