Senior Lead Product Designer - AI & Systems Strategy
Spendesk
Spendesk is looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape Spendesk's product experience with a focus on AI-powered workflows. You'll lead across squads, partnering with PMs, engineers, and other designers to create a coherent experience and address valuable customer and business problems.
This role combines hands-on design leadership with strategic guidance, establishing standards and principles, mentoring peers, and influencing product direction without formal people management.
