Customer Account Manager [Remote]

Full Cycle Account Executive (m/f/d) – B2B SaaS / AI Startup (remote from MADRID OR BARCELONA)

This role can be done remotely from Spain (the startup's office is in Berlin), but you should be based in or very close to Barcelona OR Madrid to attend very regular industry events / meet clients in person (financial services industry).

The company is super successful: Germany is going very well, now they are launching the Spanish market!

You will launch the Spanish market as a Full Cycle Account Executive (Spain) , you will own and scale the sales motion end-to-end from Barcelona or Madrid (mix of remote work + in-person client meetings).
End-to-End Sales Ownership in Spain: Lead the entire sales funnel—from proactive prospecting and initial outreach to conducting demos, negotiating, and closing deals.
Develop and test scalable sales playbooks, experiment with multi-channel outreach tactics, and refine messaging to optimize conversion rates.
Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, ensuring an exceptional, value-driven experience throughout the entire customer journey.

Experience: Proven track record in B2B SaaS Sales or a fast-paced tech startup environment.
Skills: Strong analytical thinking to optimize your sales funnel based on data and field insights.
Communication + Spanish skills: C2 Level in Spanish + Fluent in English is required
