Business Intelligence & Analytics

The Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) function is part of CF Operations under Accenture Operations and is engaged in an ongoing program to support Markets and Services. BI&A team members are part of the team that provides operations support to Markets and Services leadership. He/she will be responsible for delivering data driven analytics to Commercial/Sales Excellence Organization.

The key responsibility would involve driving business analytics, writing impactful business insights, identifying risks upfront and highlighting to leads with proposed solutions.

The person is required to focus on the Sales Excellence metrics blueprint (sales momentum, profitability, competitiveness) across the MU leveraging Agentic AI and std BI&A tools:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business reporting and analytics, leveraging deep knowledge of Accenture offerings to generate actionable business insights
• Drive innovation in data analysis by adopting advanced analytical tools and visualization techniques to enhance reporting quality and business value
• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytical outputs, including hands‑on development of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and quality through robust QA processes, peer reviews, and effective oversight of production activities

Priority Skill

Business Intelligence (BI) Analysis

• Strong business insight writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
• Deep knowledge of dashboards, scorecards, and Accenture-approved Agentic AI tools to support leadership decision‑making
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments using structured approaches
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to proactively anticipate business needs and influence senior leaders to drive impact
• 8-12 years’ experience, fluent in English
