Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns.
Using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.We're looking for an External Enquiry Analyst to detect and investigate risks that could impact our customers.
You'll work closely with the Compliance team to safeguard funds and ensure robust protection against financial crime.Up to shape what's next in finance?
Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingLiaising with law enforcement and the Legal team as necessaryResponding to court orders, DPAs, and POs, and complying with legislation, like POCA and DPAEnsuring requests are completed within the applicable time scalesPreparing documentation for third-party requestsConducting fraud-related investigations based on reports receivedGenerating reports and creating alerts for suspicious activityDiscussing financial crime concerns with stakeholders across departmentsWhat You'll NeedA bachelor's degree (must be able to provide a certificate)Fluency in German (C2)Fluency in English (C1+)2+ years of FinCrime experience, or 1+ years experience dealing with external law enforcement and other government agenciesFamiliarity with investigative methodologies evidenced by use of analytical tools (e.g., spreadsheets, filters, pivots, network charts)Knowledge of court orders, DPA, PO, and preparing witness statementsConfidence communicating with people at all levels, both externally and within the organisationCritical thinking skillsImpeccable attention to detailThe ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressureNice to haveFluency in other languagesA degree in law or STEM subjectA professional certification (ICA or ACAMS)Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
