Join us as a Senior Engineer leading Offer Safety & Integrity—a role where your technical leadership ensures every product we deliver meets the highest safety and regulatory standards. You'll own end-to-end compliance, lead governance committees, and drive a culture of prevention that protects customers and strengthens trust.

What will you do?

• Manage the offer safety system including Steering and Review Committees with leadership accountability at entity level
• Approve severity classifications for releases and execute safety alerts in alignment with company prevention directives
• Develop and deploy safety prevention plans prioritized by business analysis and risk assessment
• Conduct maturity assessments and ensure compliance with safety training and regulatory requirements across teams

• Industrialization Quality Pre-series/Launch — advanced level; validating readiness and managing risk during critical transition phases
• Product Lifecycle Management — advanced level; maintaining safety integrity across the entire offer lifecycle
• Supplier Quality Management — advanced level; ensuring third-party components meet safety and regulatory requirements
