Iberia Regional Learning & Leadership Coach

The Social Hub is seeking a Regional Trainer & Field Coach in Spain to deliver impactful training programs and develop our teams in Iberia. You will be at the forefront of learning and development, actively working with local leaders to identify training needs and implement solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality operations and is fluent in both English and Spanish. The position offers exciting growth opportunities in a dynamic, multicultural work environment.

Frequent regional travel is required as you'll be engaging with teams across our hubs.
