2 años de experiencia- Asesoramiento jurídico en operaciones de adquisición, transmisión y gestión de activos inmobiliarios.
- Redacción, revisión y negociación de contratos inmobiliarios y mercantiles.
- Asesoramiento en promoción y desarrollo inmobiliario, incluyendo contratos de construcción, gestión y ejecución de proyectos.
- Gestión jurídica de arrendamientos urbanos, renovaciones, actualizaciones de renta, garantías y resolución de incidencias contractuales.
- Soporte legal a las áreas de property management y asset management.
- Gestión de reclamaciones relacionadas con defectos constructivos, responsabilidad civil y daños a terceros.
- Dirección y seguimiento de procedimientos judiciales y extrajudiciales en materia civil e inmobiliaria.
- Coordinación con despachos externos en procedimientos contenciosos y recuperación de activos.
- Elaboración de recursos administrativos y contencioso-administrativos.
- Participación en procesos de mediación, negociación y resolución de conflictos.
- Asesoramiento a las distintas áreas de negocio desde una perspectiva jurídica orientada a la toma de decisiones.
- Grado o Licenciatura en Derecho.
- Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía.
- Experiencia mínima de 4-5 años desarrollada en despacho de abogados o compañía del sector Real Estate.
- Sólidosconocimientosde:
- Derecho Inmobiliario.
- Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU).
- Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación (LOE).
- Propiedad Horizontal.
- Derecho Procesal Civil.
- Procedimiento Administrativo y Contencioso-Administrativo.
- Experiencia gestionando procedimientos judiciales y asuntos precontenciosos.
- Nivel alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
- Muy valorable experiencia previa en compañías de promoción, gestión patrimonial, vivienda en alquiler o activos inmobiliarios
