Senior Scientist, Ai Safety & Governance

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Senior Scientist, AI Safety to join our Data, Data Science & AI organization in Madrid or Barcelona.
We operate a hybrid model with three days in the office weekly.The role centers on governing agentic AI, defining deterministic controls, and building safety-native architectures for regulated pharma R&D.
You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to safety standards and publications.
