Our client — a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions — is now hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Representative to join the Specsavers team in Benalmádena, Málaga .

What you’ll do

As a Customer Representative, you will:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls .
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media channels .
• Provide professional, solution-oriented support about products, orders, and services.
• Focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience every time.
• Follow project processes and procedures.
• Work closely with your team to achieve shared goals.

What we’re looking for

• Native or fluent Norwegian speaker.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using multiple systems.
• A positive attitude and motivation to provide great customer service.

What’s in it for you

• Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week).
• Working hours: Monday–Friday between 08:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00 (with two weekends off per month ).
• Salary: €19,200 gross/year + up to €1,800 gross/year in bonus.
