Client Service Specialist – Switzerland

As a Client Service Specialist you will support the local Swiss team in sales preparation and customer support activities, working closely with key account managers and cross‑functional partners to ensure high‑quality service to our Swiss clients.

Responsibilities

• Support local Swiss team in sales preparation and customer support activities.
• Create price calculations and client offers/contracts.
• Maintain and update sales activities in Salesforce.
• Prepare billing notification forms.
• Coordinate with production, BI, and supplier teams to deliver consistent service.
• Act as key point of contact for day‑to‑day client requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate with key account managers to support and manage a dedicated portfolio of clients.
• Create and dispatch client information material (monthly reports, quarterly PowerPoint presentations, etc.).
• Perform general administration tasks (shared mailbox, internal documentation).
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations and confidently present insights to senior stakeholders and in client‑facing settings.
• Support sales team in account planning and stakeholder mapping.

Requirements

• Commercial education or a bachelor’s degree in a commercial or life‑sciences discipline.
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Reliable, with high ownership and the ability to work independently.
• 2–5 years of experience in administration and/or data analysis.
• Strong capability in managing priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining high‑quality outcomes.
• Adaptability and ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
• Fluent written and spoken English; good command of German language skills.
• Highly effective communication and remote‑working skills.
