Junior Product Technician - Cross-Domain Specialist

What challenge will you be taking on?

You will provide technical support to the sales department during pre‑sales phases and progressively develop expertise in cross‑domain security , becoming a key technical reference within the team in the mid‑term.

What will you do day to day?

• Translate product technical capabilities into value propositions for clients.
• Resolve questions related to architecture, integration, and security.
• Prepare technical documentation and presentations.
• Analyze competitors and market trends.
• Support product management (roadmap, versions, features).

What do we need in our team?

For this position, we are looking for someone with a degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications , with strong communication skills and analytical abilities to translate complex technical concepts into clear messages for non‑technical audiences.

• Networks and protocols

• Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Security protocols (TLS, IPsec, etc.)
