As an HR & Payroll Officer, you will be working on a continuous challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to your own international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the HR & Payroll Account Managers, who will guide you along the way!

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of her/his client’s payroll accounts.
• Main day-to-day contact for most clients, except for those that require a higher job band contact.
• Reviews and processes payroll data
• Maintains supporting and control worksheets to support HR & payroll control processes.
• Payments, preparation, and coordination signatures for execution
• Filing and paying tax models.
• Registration on Social security and Sepe/compensation funds (Employment office).

Key Requirements

• University's Degree in Business, HR, Law Accounting or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in Payroll.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Spanish.
• Medium level in English ( Minimum B2)
• Proficiency in MS Office package
• Strong team-playing skills 
• Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments
• Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment
