Develop and implement procurement strategies for hotel development projects from concept through opening, aligning procurement activities with project budgets, timelines, brand standards, and development objectives. Lead sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contracting of both hard and soft project costs, including main contractor, construction materials and development‑related services such as consultants, architects, engineers, and geotechnical studies, ensuring best commercial value and alignment with project requirements.

Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers suitable for hotel development projects. Review and manage procurement contracts in coordination with the Legal team and manage procurement schedules to support construction and opening timelines. Coordinate closely with Design and Delivery teams to ensure specifications, mock‑ups, and approvals are met. Oversee logistics planning, shipping, customs clearance, and on‑site delivery coordination, and provide guidance and mentorship to procurement team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, with minimum 8–12 years of procurement experience, with significant exposure to hotel development or large‑scale real estate projects.
  
• Strong understanding of hotel development processes, construction timelines, and brand standards, with proven experience in a leadership position.
  
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with the ability to deliver cost savings and value.
  
• Solid understanding of contract terms, procurement strategies, and supplier management.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, to ensure accurate procurement and compliance with project requirements; strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  
• A collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, fluent English required; Greek and/or Spanish preferred.
