Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community standards and policies
  
• Classify and make informed decisions on content based on established moderation guidelines
  
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations promptly
  
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation processes
  
• Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance moderation quality
  
• Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement
  

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  
• Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred
