To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:* Configure and customize **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service**.* Design and implement solutions aligned with **functional and business requirements**.* Develop and extend platform capabilities using: + **JavaScript / TypeScript** + **Custom plugins in .NET (C#)** + **PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)*** Integrate Dynamics 365 with **external systems and services**.* Ensure solutions follow **Microsoft best practices** in terms of performance, scalability, and maintainability.**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**Our people are our greatest strength.
