Desde Bo Growth estamos seleccionando un/a AI Engineer para importante empresa de producto final de software basada en la innovacióncon más de 150 soluciones en el mercado y con presencia en más de 7 países.
Descripción del puesto:
Trabajarás en un entorno desafiante donde podrás aplicar tus conocimientos de Inteligencia Artificial y desarrollo de software, y formar parte de un equipo enfocado en la innovación tecnológica.
Participarás en proyectos end-to-end, desde el análisis de requisitos hasta la implementación y despliegue en producción.
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática o áreas afines (se valorará Máster en IA).
- A partir de 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones de software.
- Conocimientos de arquitectura de plataformas, especialmente en entornos Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Dominio avanzado de Python (valorable experienciaen Node.js, Java o .NET).
- Experiencia con frameworks y librerías como FastAPI o Flask.
- Capacidad de desarrollo backend (valorable experiencia como Full Stack).
- Experiencia enGenAI y Modelos de Lenguaje.
- Experiencia en el desarrollo de aplicaciones cognitivas basadas en GenAI (OpenAI, Gemini, etc).
- Conocimientos enLLMs (se valorará tenerexperiencia en frameworks para LLM como LangChain, LlamaIndex o Semantic Kernel).
- Conocimientos en principios de ingeniería de software, patrones de diseño, pruebas automatizadas y procesos CI/CD(Jenkins, GitLab CI) y prácticas DevOps .
- Experiencia en microservicios y APIs REST documentadas conSwagger/OpenAPI.
- Experiencia con bases de datos relacionalesy no relacionales.
- Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
- Capacidad de análisis de requisitos técnicos y funcionales para definir estrategias tecnológicas adaptadas al contexto y arquitectura existente.
- Inglés fluido (clientes internacionales).
- Horario flexible (entrada a partir de 8:30h, viernes tarde libres todo el año, jornada intensiva de julio a septiembre)
- Sede en Madrid capital, zona de cuatro caminos, se requiere presencialidad inicial
- 30 días de vacaciones al año.
