Our client, a multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting Transmission Consultants to join their project in Spain. Position Title: Transmission Consultants Position Type: 6 months contract Start Date: ASAP Location: Madrid, Spain Contact: Franci Hernandez | Ver el número de teléfono en manningglobal.zohorecruit.eu Responsibilities: Review of processes followed in handling the Transmission function and communication through different channels to manage B2B customers. Support in handling complaints from B2B, Enterprise and other end customers. Find technical & process gaps in delivering Transmission function along with measures to fix the gap identified. Help to implement the suggested measure to streamline Transmission delivery, arrest end customer escalation. Technical, Process and Tools trainings on identified topics during audit/Review Plan to achieve SLA’s defined by the customer which are still not achieved. Support customer to present the improvement plan in front of customer and support implementation. Qualifications: Resources having experience in Transmission Network and its components Knowledge of SDH,DWDM nodes Handling experience of B2B customer complaints Having Experience in fault management and NOC environment. Knowledge and working experience Transmission Network & Tools Good Communication Skill in Spanish Ability to deliver effective training.
