NET, C++, or other relevant programming languages and frameworks.Implement modern architectures: Apply contemporary backend architecture principles, including microservices, modular design, and distributed systems, to deliver maintainable and efficient software solutions.Develop cloud-based applications: Build, deploy, and maintain software on cloud infrastructure, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.Manage databases and data access: Design, integrate, and optimize relational databases, including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL, to support application functionality and data integrity.Contribute to technical architecture: Participate in architectural decisions, evaluate technologies, and identify opportunities to improve system design, maintainability, and engineering efficiency.Support deployment and delivery: Apply DevOps principles and collaborate on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes to streamline development, testing, and deployment.Solve complex technical challenges: Investigate issues, troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders: Work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, communicate technical recommendations, and deliver software solutions aligned with expectations.Ensure software quality: Follow engineering best practices, contribute to code reviews, and promote reliable, secure, and maintainable software development.Work independently and proactively: Take ownership of assigned tasks, manage priorities effectively, and contribute to project delivery within a collaborative, remote-first environment.Participate in the future hiring program: Complete the relevant recruitment assessments and remain connected for upcoming engineering opportunities, enabling a potentially faster transition when a suitable position becomes available.Requirements Professional experience: At least five years of commercial software development experience, particularly in backend engineering.
Candidates across different seniority levels will be considered, starting from five years of professional experience.Backend programming expertise: Proficiency in multiple backend programming languages and frameworks, such as C#, .
