With an unmatched history and tradition of creating iconic products, consumer connections and experiences, we've been defining sport culture since the beginning.And we're never done.Come be a part of shaping the future together with us.IT STARTS WITH YOUManager Information SecuritydIAM - Information SecurityPURPOSE: Enable adidas' strategy, innovation, and growth by delivering a seamless and secure digital identity and access experience.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Operate and enhance IAM services in Entra ID Drive automation of identity lifecycle (JML, provisioning, governance) Implement IGA capabilities Support secure, scalable, standardized IAM solutionsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: College or university degree with focus on IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience.5+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in the relevant technical area.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent English skills (verbal and written).
Specific technical skills (role?dependent):Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) – strong hands-on experienceIdentity Governance (Provisioning, Access Reviews, PIM)Automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation / Logic Apps)SSO & application integration (SCIM, REST APIs)Authentication protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAMLHybrid Identity (On-Prem AD & Entra ID)Nice to have technical skills:Conditional Access & Zero Trust conceptsAI-assisted codingDevelopment experience (.NET / C#)Log Analytics / MonitoringDevOps mindset with ownership of the IT process from development/testing to deployment phase.Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
Ability to cope with change, make decisions, and act comfortably when confronted with risk or uncertainty.Proactivity and "team player" attitude, with strong problem?solving skills, hands?on approach, and a growth mindset.Passion for software engineering and development, with a strong Software Quality attitude, always looking for best quality solutions.WHAT IF I DON'T CHECK ALL THE BOXES?
