Role Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of your product area, ensuring that we solve meaningful customer problems while delivering measurable business value.

You will combine customer insight, market understanding, data, and business priorities to identify opportunities and translate them into a clear product strategy and roadmap.

Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders, you will drive the product from discovery and prioritization through delivery, go-to-market, and continuous improvement.

This role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to balance customer needs, commercial impact, and technical considerations to drive adoption, growth, and long-term product value

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing initiatives according to agreed Objectives and Key Results, business priorities, and customer needs.




• Develop a deep understanding of customers, their experience, pain points, and evolving needs through qualitative and quantitative insights.




• Identify product gaps and new opportunities that can improve customer experience, increase adoption, support revenue growth, and strengthen market positioning.




• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, positioning, and roadmap, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.




• Build strong stakeholder buy-in around product priorities, strategic decisions, and agreed ways of working.




• Translate product strategy and customer needs into clear hypotheses, requirements, user stories, and prototypes.




• Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams to translate product strategy into execution, ensuring efficient delivery, appropriate use of resources, and strong time-to-market.




• Scope and prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, strategic relevance, and delivery feasibility.




• Define the go-to-market approach for new products, features, and enhancements across relevant markets.




• Lead product launches in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Key Account Management, and other relevant teams.




• Define and monitor key product performance indicators to evaluate adoption, customer value, commercial impact, and overall product success.




• Use performance data, customer feedback, and market insights to continuously improve the product and refine priorities.




• Act as a product ambassador across the organization, building awareness and understanding of the product strategy and setting clear expectations regarding product delivery and value.




• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, validate product opportunities, and inform the ongoing product strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management roles, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.




• Proven experience owning and developing product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.




• Strong experience in product discovery, customer research, and translating customer needs into scalable product solutions.




• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven product decisions and define meaningful product KPIs and success metrics.




• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the full product lifecycle.




• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align different teams and senior stakeholders.




• Experience managing product launches and collaborating on go-to-market strategies.




• Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.




• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.




• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.




• Experience in B2B marketplaces or contractor/supplier ecosystems is a strong plus.

Competitive compensation package, with a salary range of €70.000 - €80.000 gross per year, depending on experience and fit.
