Meet the Team

The Marketing & Growth team is one of the largest and most dynamic at Fever, driving visibility, engagement, and business impact across the company. We work closely with nearly every department, combining strategy, creativity, and data to connect millions of people with unforgettable experiences.

The Role

As a Growth Senior Analyst you will independently lead high‑impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever’s entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. You will design end‑to‑end solutions, manage new business streams, and collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to one of Fever’s key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
• Work independently, manage your own pipeline of projects, and showcase the value you bring.
• Lead global projects that will shape the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance company performance across business departments by creating new plans and events.
• Define and implement new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
• Design and deliver high‑impact end‑to‑end solutions.
• Develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies, and growth initiatives for specific departments.
• Work across markets, focusing on developing new experiences across up to 40 countries.

Who You Are

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
• High level of English required; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
• A data‑driven mindset that brings numbers to strategic and business decisions.
• Ability to generate high business impact through informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
• Familiarity with SQL, R, Python, or other coding languages preferred.
• Proactive problem‑solver and opportunities‑seeker.
