Regional Aviation Training Operations Lead

CAE Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Operations Lead to oversee aviation training centres in the CAT South region, including Spain and Italy. You will lead local operations teams, drive safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and partner with regional leadership to support growth and governance.

You will manage budgets, KPIs, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with EASA/CAA/FAA frameworks and maintaining high standards across sites.
