You will inspire and manage a distributed team of marketing professionals.About the Role Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's objectives.Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing, across various international markets.Manage and mentor a remote team of digital marketing specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns and track performance against goals.Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies.Ensure brand consistency and effective messaging across all digital platforms worldwide.Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.Implement and leverage marketing automation tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.Collaborate with regional marketing teams, product development, and sales departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts.Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and trends, driving innovation within the marketing function.Requirements Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global or multi-regional campaigns.Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that have driven significant growth.Expertise across a wide range of digital marketing disciplines (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, analytics, marketing automation).
Experience managing and leading remote and international teams.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with digital analytics platforms (e.G., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
