The mission of this role will be to support the Regional Vaccines Directors and the European Commercial Team by coordinating and following up key commercial initiatives and operational activities across the region.The role acts as a central point of contact between commercial teams and supporting functions, helping to ensure that projects, processes and actions move forward efficiently and according to plan.The position requires strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams in a fast-paced international environment.ResponsibilitiesCommercial Project CoordinationCoordinate regional commercial initiatives and ensure agreed actions are executed on time.Track project milestones, action plans and deliverables across different countries and functions.Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure appropriate escalation where required.Maintain visibility of project status, risks and dependencies.Cross-Functional CoordinationAct as a key liaison between Commercial and supporting functions including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance and Legal.Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.Identify operational challenges and facilitate resolution with the relevant teams.Support alignment between affiliates and regional stakeholders.Operational SupportSupport Regional Vaccines Directors in the coordination and follow-up of key business priorities.Coordinate governance routines, meetings and follow-up actions.Ensure decisions and next steps are properly documented and monitored.Prepare meeting materials, action trackers and status updates.Commercial Execution SupportMonitor operational aspects related to product launches and commercialization activities.Work with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve issues that may impact execution timelines.Facilitate communication across teams involved in commercial initiatives.Support implementation of regional programmes and commercial activities.External Partner CoordinationCoordinate administrative and operational aspects of collaborations with distributors, agencies, consultants and external partners.Follow up contract processes and internal approvals in collaboration with Legal, Finance and Procurement teams.Support vendor onboarding and monitor progress of agreed activities.Information & ReportingConsolidate information from affiliates and cross-functional teams.Prepare presentations, reports and project updates.Maintain project documentation and action plans.Support knowledge sharing across the European organisation.
