Data Business Analyst

For this reason, we are looking for a Business Analyst (ETL/SQL/BI) with at least 2-3 years of experience performing similar duties to join our Data Team in Madrid . Thus, we encourage you to apply and become part of this great team.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Reception, validation, and organization of files from different sources;

• Cleaning , normalization, and enrichment of data ;

• Definition and execution of data transformation (ETL) processes;

• Data analysi s to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement;

• Production of outputs and final files (deliverables) with added value for the client;

• Ensuring the quality and consistency of data throughout the entire process;

• Documentation of processes , business rules, and transformations applied to the data;

• Collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure alignment of data requirements;

• Support in the automation and optimization of data processing procedures.

What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?

• Higher education in Management, Economics, Finance, Information Technologies, Engineering, or similar areas;

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or Business Analytics roles;

• Previous experience in the financial / credit sector (preferable);

• Proven experience in data processing, transformation, and analysis;

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory), namely manipulation of large volumes of data;

• Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, etc);

• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL or similar), knowledge of Python is a plus;

• Experience in handling structured and unstructured files (CSV, Excel, TXT, among others);

• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes;

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI; - Fluency in English (mandatory)
