¿CUÁL ES EL PROYECTO?
El proyecto es que aportes tu talento y tu ambición a una empresa española especializada en software de gestión para clínicas dentales, integrada en un grupo internacional líder en soluciones tecnológicas para la salud dental. Te incorporarás a una compañía en pleno proceso de crecimiento y migración hacia soluciones SaaS cloud, donde la estabilidad del sector sanitario se combina con retos de modernización tecnológica y escalabilidad internacional.
¿Y CUÁL ES MI PAPEL EN ESTO?
Como Responsable de Marketing B2B, asumirás el liderazgo de la estrategia de marketing y generación de demanda en España, impulsando la captación de clínicas dentales y trabajando codo con codo con el equipo comercial para transformar oportunidades en demostraciones y nuevos clientes.
- Elaborar y ejecutar el plan de marketing anual, gestionando el presupuesto, objetivos, KPIs y análisis de ROI
- Diseñar y coordinar campañas de generación de demanda y captación de leads para el sector B2B/SaaS
- Supervisar la estrategia de marketing digital end-to-end: presencia online, SEO, SEM, redes sociales y email marketing
- Gestionar programas de lead nurturing y automatización a través de herramientas como Salesforce CRM
- Garantizar la coherencia de la identidad corporativa y desarrollar propuestas de valor y materiales de apoyo comercial
- Coordinar la participación en eventos, ferias del sector dental, congresos y lanzamientos de producto
- Analizar el mercado, la competencia y el comportamiento de clientes para detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
- Liderar y coordinar equipos internos o proveedores y agencias externas
OK, ¿Y QUÉ NECESITAS?
- Licenciatura o Grado en Marketing, ADE, Comunicación o Publicidad (muy valorable Máster en Marketing Digital o Dirección Comercial)
- De 5 a 8 años de experiencia en marketing B2B, con al menos 2 años liderando equipos o proyectos de alta complejidad
- Experiencia demostrada en generación de demanda, captación digital y gestión de presupuestos B2B
- Dominio técnico de Salesforce CRM, herramientas de automatización de marketing y Google Analytics
- Solidos conocimientos en estrategias de captación SEO, SEM y analítica digital
- Español nativo + Nivel de inglés C1 (Advanced)
- Experiencia previa en empresas SaaS, HealthTech o software de gestión muy valorable
