Analyst - Asset Management

Key Responsibilities

• Support Asset Managers in the execution of business plans across a wide range of real estate assets.
• Perform financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation of investment opportunities and existing portfolio assets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including hold/sell analyses, business plans, and scenario modelling.
• Review asset performance and identify opportunities to enhance value and optimize returns.
• Prepare investment committee materials, portfolio reviews, and management presentations.
• Support asset sales processes, including buyer analysis, bid evaluations, and transaction execution.
• Coordinate with servicers, brokers, legal advisors, technical consultants, and other external stakeholders.
• Analyze market data, comparable transactions, and real estate trends.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, cash collections, capex programmes, and business plan progress.
• Participate in portfolio reporting and ad‑hoc strategic analyses for senior management.

Requirements

• Right to work in Spain.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, consulting, valuation, investment management, or a related analytical role.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong quantitative and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analysing real estate investments or portfolios.
• Knowledge of real estate valuation methodologies.
• Exposure to development projects, loan portfolios, distressed assets, or special situations.
