Operations & Franchises Specialist

¡Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Operations & Franchises Specialist! En Property Partners, empresa inmobiliaria en plena expansión en España, buscamos un/a Operations & Franchises Specialist con visión estratégica, capacidad de liderazgo y orientación a procesos para impulsar la operación inmobiliaria y el desarrollo de nuestro modelo de franquicias.

- Supervisar y acompañar a los Directores de Oficina en la operación diaria.
- Diseñar, implementar y optimizar procesos operativos eficientes.
- Gestionar la apertura, seguimiento y desempeño de franquicias en España.
- Elaborar informes mensuales de gestión y realizar visitas periódicas a oficinas.
- Coordinar con las áreas de soporte en Chile para asegurar el alineamiento operativo.
- Revisión y monitoreo continuo de la estrategia de Marketing 360
- Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares de servicio y calidad de la marca.
- Liderar procesos de onboarding y capacitación para Directores, Partners y asistentes.
- Liderar reuniones semanales y mensuales
Perfil que buscamos
- 3+ años de experiencia previa en operaciones, franquicias, retail, inmobiliaria o gestión comercial.
- Capacidad de liderazgo y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Alta orientación a resultados, organización y mejora continua.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
- Perfil analítico y resolutivo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y estructurada.
- Valorable experiencia en el sector inmobiliario o modelos de franquicia.
- Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas, CRM y plataformas operativas.
- Incorporarte a una empresa inmobiliaria en expansión internacional.
