In this role you drive the Expo Manufactura business unit by leading a sales-focused, multi-channel strategy to hit growth and customer-centric goals. You’ll manage a sales team, develop opportunities domestically and internationally, and shape the event portfolio and promotional plans with marketing. You’ll align sales, events, and brand initiatives to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share, while mentoring staff and optimizing CRM-driven processes. Your leadership will connect cross-functional teams to deliver compelling exhibitions and strong financial performance. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage Expo Manufactura's sales activities across internal and external channels to meet short- and long-term targets
• Line manage Sales Executives, driving performance, mentorship, and a strong sales culture
• Develop and execute new sales initiatives and programs to capture market segments and grow revenue
• Plan and oversee long-term event strategy and promotional activities with marketing for the exhibitions
• Meet with customers regularly to understand needs and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
• Lead global sales efforts to increase share of wallet and coordinate with supporting areas for event execution
• Monitor and contribute to PR, communications, and brand campaigns related to Business Sector Congress u0026 Exhibition
• Ensure adoption of global sales processes and CRM (Salesforce); coach teams to track pipeline and report performance
• Plan events end-to-end focusing on audience, objectives, and financial metrics (NPS, satisfaction, loyalty)
• Stay informed on sector trends and technologies to anticipate market changes Responsabilidades
• Experience leading sales xqbhyrx teams and managing performance against targets
• Ability to manage budgets and achieve gross margin targets
• Strong collaboration with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and pipeline management

• Strategic planning for events and exhibitions, with metrics-driven execution
• Knowledge of global market opportunities and ability to drive international growth
