Join our team in Barcelona as a Ads Salens & Onboarding Specialist, where you'll work with businesses across the Dutch market to develop successful digital advertising strategies.As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses unlock the full potential of Ads. You'll identify opportunities, onboard new advertisers, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships while working in a dynamic international environment.What You'll Be DoingOnboard new clients and understand their business objectives to recommend tailored Ads solutions.Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.Drive revenue growth through outbound sales, account development, and campaign upselling.Identify business opportunities within the Dutch market and provide strategic digital advertising recommendations.Manage a portfolio of client accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records.Analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies to maximise results.Deliver exceptional customer service while consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, AI-powered sales tools, and Ads best practices.What We're Looking ForNative or C2-level Dutch with excellent written and spoken communication skills.High level of English.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or digital marketing (2+ years preferred).Proven success working in a target-driven sales environment.Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.Experience using CRM systems and AI tools to improve productivity and personalise client engagement.Understanding of the Dutch business landscape and digital marketing ecosystem.Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain ROI and campaign performance.Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary of €23,876.19 gross per year.Performance bonus of up to €3,407.56 gross per year.Hybrid working model in Barcelona.Relocation package including flight and temporary private studio accommodation (subject to availability).Private health insurance.Ongoing training and Ads certifications.Clear career progression with coaching and development opportunities.Employee referral programme with rewards of up to €2,000.Modern offices in Barcelona.A collaborative international team with regular incentives, competitions, and social events.Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Requirements
