Part of Global Solutions, the Hospitality Business Unit in Spain for Vingcard, is the company's flagship brand for electronic hotel locks, mobile keys, and access-management systems-essentially the technology that controls secure room access in hotels, student housing, and modern rental properties.

Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…

As a Customer Service Specialist at Vingcard, you will have the opportunity tobe part of a department that is constantly growing.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager , you willbe the person in charge of being in contact with our clients in Europe.

What you will do…

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Enter, process, and manage orders.
• Inform customers about products, pricing, and how the website works.
• Recommend products based on the customer's needs and requirements.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely, solution-oriented way.

What we expect of you…

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong customer focus
• Previous experience in customer service (highly valued)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Required: Proficiency in English to assist customers (written and spoken)
