Product Manager Digital (Banca / Pagos)
Buscamos un/a Product Manager Digital con sólida experiencia en el sector financiero, especialmente en c anales digitales, medios de pago y aplicaciones móviles, para incorporarse a proyectos estratégicos en entorno bancario.
Condiciones
- Lugar de trabajo: Barcelona
- Modalidad híbrida: 2-3 por semana en cliente
- Horario habitual : oficina
- Incorporación inmediata
Qué harás
- Definición y ejecución de la estrategia de producto digital (web & app).
- Gestión y priorización de roadmap y backlog (JIRA / Confluence).
- Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares (negocio, IT, UX/UI, legal).
- Definición y seguimiento de KPIs y OKRs .
- Lanzamiento de nuevas funcionalidades centradas en cliente .
- Gestión de stakeholders internos y externos.
- Impulso de iniciativas de captación, conversión y ventas digitales .
Imprescindible
- Experiencia sólida en gestión de producto digital (idealmente >10 años en entorno bancario o pagos). + 3 años
- Background en:
- Canales digitales y banca online/mobile
- Medios de pago electrónicos (tarjetas, pagos digitales, soluciones innovadoras)
- Experiencia en entornos omnicanal .
- Conocimiento de herramientas:
- JIRA, Confluence
- Web Analytics, Marketing Digital, Social Media
- Experiencia en entornos Agile y gestión de backlog.
- Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
Valoramos especialmente
- Experiencia en b anca digital y soluciones de pago innovadoras (QR, wallets, mobile payments, etc.).
- Perfil orientado a negocio, innovación y cliente.
- Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo cross-funcional
Formación
- Grado universitario (Marketing, ADE o similar).
- Valorable formación en Transformación Digital .
Idiomas
- Español nativo
- Inglés minimo B1
- Catalán
