Sales Development Representative, Spain

This role requires a driven individual who can achieve and exceed targets while supporting our Southern Europe Sales function. Based either in our Barcelona office on a hybrid basis (in-office a few days per week) or remotely in Madrid, you will play a crucial role in generating quality pipeline that converts to revenue. You'll work with both inbound MQLs and conduct outbound prospecting to key accounts.

What you’ll do

  • Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and understand business challenges
  • Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, personalized emails, and social selling to Mid Market accounts
  • Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handoff with detailed opportunity context
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI and activity expectations
  • Achieve quarterly quotas and goals for qualified opportunities, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions

About you

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Coachable and eager to learn – thrives in a continuously evolving business environment and actively seeks feedback
  • Growth-minded – thinks strategically about business impact while driving personal success
  • Spanish market knowledge required, Greek market knowledge is a plus
  • Proactive and resilient – takes initiative rather than waiting for directionRelevant experience in SaaS, Analytics, or CRM software solutions preferred
  • Competitive nature and drive to succeed (demonstrated through professional or personal achievements)
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with strong self-management skills
