¿Eres un/a Senior Product Designer con experiencia en eCommerce y te motiva diseñar productos digitales utilizados por millones de clientes en diferentes mercados?
Estamos buscando un/a Senior Product Designer â UX/UI para incorporarse a un entorno internacional, donde tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar de principio a fin en experiencias digitales de alto volumen y gran impacto.Funciones:
- Discovery & consideration
- Purchase & conversion
- Post-purchase experience
- Diseñar user flows, wireframes, prototypes y high-fidelity UI en Figma.
- Mejorar experiencias y journeys con foco en conversion, engagement y digital adoption.
- Trabajar con Design Systems y patrones UI escalables.
- Diseñar experiencias responsive y mobile-first.
- Utilizar analytics, experimentation y A/B testing para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Contribuir a la evolución del International Design System.
- Documentar decisiones de diseño, experimentos y resultados.
- Trabajar en un entorno multi-country / multi-market, equilibrando consistencia global y necesidades locales.
- Influir y desafiar decisiones de negocio y producto, incluso sin autoridad formal.
Requisitos mÃnimos
- 8-10+ años de experiencia en UX, Product Design o UX/UI Design.
- Experiencia demostrable en eCommerce, marketplace, retail o compañÃas digitales de alto volumen.
- Experiencia diseñando y lanzando productos digitales escalables.
- Experiencia internacional y trabajando con diferentes mercados y comportamientos de usuario.
- Dominio avanzado de Figma.
- Sólidos conocimientos de UX + UI y Design Systems.
- Experiencia con analytics, experimentation y CRO.
- Capacidad para conectar decisiones de diseño con métricas de negocio.
- Portfolio con productos reales y, especialmente, resultados medibles.
- Curious & proactive.
- Detail-oriented & hands-on.
- Con capacidad para desafiar el status quo .
- Cómoda trabajando con stakeholders senior.
- Capaz de equilibrar customer needs, business goals y technical constraints.
- Colaborativa y con capacidad de influencia en organizaciones complejas.
Idiomas
- Excelente comunicadora en inglés.
