From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Tax Senior.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewing Corporate Income Tax returns, including advance tax payments, tax consolidation matters, and the analysis of significant tax adjustments.
• Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating key Spanish tax filings (Forms 200, 202, 220, 303, 349, 347, and other recurring compliance obligations).
• Managing the tax compliance calendar and ensuring the timely fulfillment of tax obligations for the group’s Spanish entities.
• Analyzing domestic and international transactions from a tax perspective, with particular focus on VAT and intra-community operations.
• Assisting in the resolution of tax queries related to the group's business activities and transactions.
• Supporting the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, including the analysis of related-party transactions and intercompany policies.
• Coordinating and monitoring international tax matters with external advisors and local teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Providing support during tax audits, tax authority inspections, and requests from tax administrations.
• Contributing to tax process improvement and digitalization initiatives, working closely with finance and technology teams to ensure appropriate tax configurations within systems.
• Supporting matters related to customs, international trade, and other tax-related issues affecting the group’s operations.
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments with potential impact across the jurisdictions in which the group operates.
• Preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for Finance Leadership and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies or a Master's degree in Tax Law or Tax Advisory will be considered an advantage.
• Technical skills: 3 to 4 years of experience in tax departments within a Big Four firm, specialized tax advisory firm, or multinational corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and international taxation.
• Experience in transfer pricing and international transactions.
• Previous exposure to or involvement in Pilar2 / GloBE projects will be highly valued.
• Advanced level of English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems will be considered a plus.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, business-oriented mindset with strong initiative and a commitment to continuous learning.
