ALDI Central de Compras, S. L. U. busca un/a CRM Specialist para unirse al departamento de Customer Dialogue & Engagement dentro de Marketing y Comunicación. Liderarás la estrategia CRM y el diseño de campañas automatizadas a lo largo del ciclo de vida del cliente.
Trabajarás con equipos locales e internacionales, gestionar customer journeys, campañas de Email y push, y medir KPIs para impulsar engagement y crecimiento. Ubicación Sant Cugat del Vallés con teletrabajo y desarrollo profesional.
