Trabajarás liderando iniciativas clave de marketing automation con SAP Marketing Cloud en un entorno internacional.
Un rol con impacto real en estrategia, datos y ejecución, gestionando equipos y campañas complejas.
Condiciones
Lugar de trabajo: Madrid (zona centro)
Modalidad: Híbrido (3 días oficina / 2 remoto)
Horario: Jornada completa ** turnos rotativos
Qué harás
- Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas en SAP Marketing Cloud
- Analizar resultados y proponer mejoras basadas en datos
- Traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones de marketing automation
- Gestionar equipos pequeños o iniciativas concretas
- Coordinarte con stakeholders y áreas técnicas
- Alinear campañas con la estrategia global de marketing
Imprescindible
- +10 años de experiencia en marketing operations o automatio n
- Experiencia sólida en SAP Marketing Cloud Campaign Management (P5)
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problema s complejos
- Experiencia gestionando equipos o proyectos
- Inglés profesional (minimo c1 )
- Nivel básico (A1) en al menos uno: portugués, checo o neerlandés
Deseable
- Experiencia en entornos internacionales
- Conocimiento de customer journeys y segmentación avanzada
- Background en consultoría tecnológica
- Habilidades de comunicación con stakeholders
